Savoie has been crafting pasta products for over 160 years, honing their methods and producing high-quality foods among majestic peaks and crystal clean air that inspire their recipes. These thick, small, buckwheat squares are made using a traditional rolling method. They cook up tender and al dente, and are perfect to use in gratins.

You can prepare these as you would pasta with sauces and proteins, or use in gratins with gooey cheese and leafy vegetables like spinach, swiss chard, or arugula. Toss cold into a vegetable salad for a more filling meal, or mix with cubes of chicken, wilted spinach, lemon and feta cheese, for a delicious and hearty dish. Divine in soup, too.
