INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 dollop whipped cream
- 1 coffee bean, for garnish
- 8 oz glass
DIRECTIONS
- Scoop ice cream into glass.
- Pour the espresso over the ice cream.
- Finish with whipped cream and coffee bean.
Chef's Note: The longer you let the Cafe Viennoise sit the better it will be.
