INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 dollop whipped cream
  • 1 coffee bean, for garnish
  • 8 oz glass

DIRECTIONS

  1. Scoop ice cream into glass.
  2. Pour the espresso over the ice cream.
  3. Finish with whipped cream and coffee bean.
Chef's Note: The longer you let the Cafe Viennoise sit the better it will be.
