Cranberry Sauce

Makes: 2.5 cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the cranberries in a pot, and add the sugar and water.
  2. Bring to a boil, and then down to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, mixing every 3 minutes with a wooden spoon.
  4. Remove from heat, and pour into a bowl.
  5. Let it sit until it is at room temperature, then serve.
