Makes: 2.5 cups
INGREDIENTS
- 1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Place the cranberries in a pot, and add the sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil, and then down to a simmer.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, mixing every 3 minutes with a wooden spoon.
- Remove from heat, and pour into a bowl.
- Let it sit until it is at room temperature, then serve.
