With a ripe robust aroma, it’s like sticking your nose in a heap of fragrant tomatoes; we also smell a fresh hint of green bananas, with notes of dried fruit. The smooth, buttery flavor is complemented by a distinct nuttiness reminiscent of hazelnuts.

Use this oil as a dipping sauce for warm, crusty, fresh bread, or drizzle it on crunchy crudites or a raw vegetable salad. Excellent on mild fruits, pour it on melons and pears sliced with cheese.
