This half-caffeine, half-decaf blend is carefully master-blended by our in-house coffee experts to produce a well-balanced cup. We mix one part Fairway Supreme house blend -- which packs a bright, almost electrical, acidity -- and we dim the intensity with one part naturally water-processed decaffeinated coffee. We never use chemicals to decaffeinate our beans; gentle water-processing gingerly extracts the caffeine without removing the flavor. The result is a smooth medium-bodied cup characterized by mild sweetness, perfectly complemented by an edge of acidity. PLEASE NOTE that coffee orders require two additional days of processing time. While we can say that some of the beans we use here come from Central and South America, the rest is a Fairway secret (the only time we're tight-lipped about anything!), but we can guarantee that we use 100% Arabica beans and roast them to a medium-bodied cup characterized by mild sweetness, perfectly complemented by an edge of acidity.
