Season after season, we combine a perfectly calibrated blend of oils sourced from our favorite, high-quality groves in southwestern Umbria and north-central Puglia to achieve a complex oil with a precise depth of flavor and a creamy, luxurious texture. The deep beer-like fragrance is threaded with fruity cherry and accompanied by nutty flavors with a hint of artichoke and a lingering peppery bite at the finish. An extra-virgin olive oil of this quality would be sold by the other guys at four times the price, but we make it affordable so you can drizzle it liberally. (It's kosher, too.) Here you have it in a convenient gift size, too.

This all-purpose olive oil is a great table condiment, or mix it into vinaigrettes, marinades, bastes, and sautés. Sprinkle it on salads and grilled or roasted fish, meats, and veggies.
