We roast 100% Arabica beans to a light shade, and then delicately extract the caffeine using a refined water-processing method. We never use chemicals to decaffeinate our coffee; instead we use a pure SWISS WATER®, 100% chemical-free method to extract the caffeine gently without diluting the coffee's distinct characteristics. The result is a mellow mug that’s fruity, naturally-sweet, and always smooth.
