These 100% Arabica beans originate in El Salvador where the altitude, rich volcanic soil, and ocean air swept inland by the breezes off the Pacific conspire to produce an absolutely exquisite coffee. Then, we sift and sort through every bean to select only precious peaberries for this special cup. Peaberry beans are extremely rare and made unique by their round shape, which allows for perfectly even roasting and superb flavor. Once painstakingly selected, we roast these peaberries to a dark color that yields a heavy, full-bodied, but always smooth cup with mild acidity. You’ll notice a pleasantly fruity aftertaste that lingers after you've lapped up every last drop in your cup.
