This continuous, cold-extraction oil is crafted in Italy, a country known for its excellent olive oil production. Extra-virgin and organic, this oil is a blend of Moraiolo olives, which tend to be lightly bitter and pungent, and Coratina olives, known for vibrantly verdant, fruity, peppery and slightly sweet flavors, for a beautifully balanced oil with a grassy undertone blanketed by tones of sweet almond and cooked artichoke before succumbing to a piquant, pepper finish.

This is a fantastic all-purpose olive oil, excellent for sautring, frying, and braising, or just drizzle it on salads, slather it on bread, and pour it on pasta.
