Fairway’s coffee masters have selected a collection of spectacularly consistent Arabica beans, blended to carefully balance acidity (needed to bring out coffee’s natural flavors), sweetness, with a mellow fruity finish. We’ve gone with a medium roast, brewing to a medium-bodied liquor, with a big, smooth taste. Our most famous house blend ever, and you’ll soon know why.
