We make our beans work hard, evoking the best from each and every bean by slow-roasting them in house to medium dark shade that renders a medium bodied softly sweet cup with mild acidity and a nutty finish. Never exposing our beans to chemicals, we decaffeinate them using a SWISS WATER® process, which gingerly extracts the caffeine and leaves behind the coffee's premium taste and unique characteristics.
