Extraordinarily fine coffee is produced in Costa Rica because cool temperatures and richly abundant volcanic soil coalesce to form absolute ideal conditions for cultivating superior beans. This blend of 100% Arabica beans are gently and naturally decaffeinated using a SWISS WATER® process, which gingerly removes the caffeine, leaving behind the flavor. Once dry, the beans are roasted to medium shade to produce a medium-bodied, clean cup gently threaded with a soft acidity that undercuts fruity tones and renders a satisfying, nutty finish.
