The first cold press exudes a wonderfully fragrant oil that is bottled unfiltered to preserve an unctuous and creamy texture and a complex flavor. Emitting a slightly smoky aroma, we detect the scent of freshly mown hay that gently blankets a rich, buttery taste pierced with notes of dried fruit and brushed with vibrant flavors of deep hazelnut, piquant peppercorn, and creamy avocado.

This is an all-purpose olive oil you can drizzle liberally on salads, in sauces, marinades, bastes, and sautes.
