The Puglia province of Italy is known for the production of fine olive oils, so we chose a blend of five distinctive breeds of olive -- all grown, harvested, and pressed in this renowned region -- to craft an exquisite, organic, extra-virgin olive oil. Cloudy and vegetal, both in flavor and fragrance, you’ll detect cooked artichoke and green tomato with a peppery finish. If you pay close attention, you may even note a touch of mint.

We prefer not to cook with an oil of this quality, choosing instead to employ it to evoke the flavors of steaks, soups, seafood, and pasta. This is a wonderful dipping oil for bread and crudites, and makes a fantastic baste.
