Lovingly handmade, this delicate vinegar is aged in a small cellar, resting in oak barrels for four years while undergoing a slow acidification process to allow the vinegar to retain the sweet, rich flavors and wonderful nuances of pineau. Unpolluted by preservatives and unfiltered, this delectable vinegar enlivens your meals and tingles the tongue.

Try it on fois gras, in roasted poultry, mix it into marinades for meat and lamb, or add it soups and stews. Perfect for salad dressings for fruit and veggie salads, or a simple mache salad.
