INGREDIENTS
- 4 French garlic sausages
- Flour
- 1 box puff pastry
- 1 Fairway organic egg
- Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Remove the sausages from their casings.
- On a floured work space, roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin.
- Cut the puff pastry into four equal pieces.
- Wrap each sausage in a piece of puff pastry to create four rolls, and place on a baking sheet.
- Beat the egg with a little water to make an egg wash, and brush it over each puff pastry.
- In a 400-degree oven, bake the rolls for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, and slice each sausage roll into 6 pieces.
- Plate on a platter with toothpicks, and serve with Dijon mustard.
