Serves: 2-3
INGREDIENTS
- 2½ - 3 lb porterhouse steak
- Fresh Herb Mix (recipe below)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat your grill on high heat.
- Grill the porterhouse for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Move steak away from the center of the grill and cook 3-4 minutes more on each side.
- Remove from grill, let rest for 10 – 15 minutes and serve with Fresh Herb Mix.
Fresh Herb Mix
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- 4 sprigs fresh flat leaf parsley
- ¾ cup Fairway extra virgin olive oil
- Fairway Sea Salt and Fairway Tellicherry Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Smash the garlic and chop the fresh herbs.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper all together.
- Drizzle the fresh herb mix over the steak to finish.
