INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops coffee ice cream
- 10-12 oz coffee, chilled
- 1 dollop whipped cream (optional)
- 1 parfait cup
DIRECTIONS
- Chill the coffee in your refrigerator for 30-35 minutes. Do not chill with ice.
- Scoop the ice cream into the parfait cup.
- Pour the chilled coffee over the ice cream.
- Finish with whipped cream.
Chef's Note: The longer you let the iced coffee float sit the better it will be.
