Iced Coffee Float

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 scoops coffee ice cream
  • 10-12 oz coffee, chilled
  • 1 dollop whipped cream (optional)
  • 1 parfait cup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chill the coffee in your refrigerator for 30-35 minutes. Do not chill with ice.
  2. Scoop the ice cream into the parfait cup.
  3. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice cream.
  4. Finish with whipped cream.
Chef's Note: The longer you let the iced coffee float sit the better it will be.
