It's situatued in the heart of Andalusia, in the southern region of the country, which is widely known for producing some of the world’s best olive oils, and is home to the unique family grove run by Jose Antonio Luque, who vigilantly tends to his young trees -- none older than 20 years, each planted and grown under strict certified organic regulations. After being harvested, the organic olives are ground into a paste by a stone mill and then put through a hydraulic press to cold extract the luscious oil. The first cold press produces this clean oil and alters none of its full-bodied features. Low in acidity and featuring delectable fruity tones, citrus aromas emanate as you detect verdant, lively, ripe flavors.
