Cordoba, a southern region in Spain in the heart of Andalusia, widely known for producing some of the world’s best olive oils, is home to the unique family-run grove by Jose Antonio Luque, who vigilantly tends to his young trees -- none older than 20 years, and each planted and grown under strict certified organic regulations. After being harvested, the organic olives are ground into a paste by a stone mill, and then put through a hydraulic press to cold extract the luscious oil. The first cold press produces this clean oil and alters none of it full-bodied features. Low in acidity and featuring delectable fruity tones, citrus aromas emanate as you detect verdant, lively, ripe flavors.

Use this as an all-purpose oil on salads and in vinaigrettes, in marinades for meat, seafood, or poultry, or try it as a table condiment for fruit, cheeses, and veggies.
