We chose to import this Provencal honey because it’s truly something special. The folks at the Chailan honey farm employ traditional methods passed down from previous generations and a wealth of expertise to carefully craft this sweet golden nectar.

Perfect drizzled on a warm buttered biscuit or spread on a slice of bread, you can use this honey as a substitute for sugar when baking, or in a glaze for roasted chicken and ham. Mix it into marinades and vinaigrettes to sweeten a vegetable salad. To keep in mind when using honey when baking: Don't replace more than half the sugar in a recipe with a liquid sweetener like honey, and reduce the other liquids in the recipe by 1/4 cup for each cup of honey that is added.
