Established in the in the 18th century, the Moulin Saint-Michel has been pressing olive oil for centuries, and is now operated by a French family who has been in the business for three generations, but time has not diluted their passion for making a fine and luscious product. Located in the Valley of Baux de Provence in southern France, at the foothills of the great Alps, olives are processed using centuries-old, traditional methods that preserve their characteristics. Characterized by a fruity flavor, this rich oil announces itself with an initial pronounced taste on the palate and then lingers with a slightly fiery tang at the back of the throat.

Ideal drizzled on raw vegetables or grilled fish, you can also use this as a dipping oil for fresh warm bread.
