Entirely handmade on their estate, in Oliva de Merida, of the Extremadura region of southeastern Spain, this pate-like spread will caress your tongue with a smooth, velvety texture. It'll make a canape that will charm any party guest and tempt your taste buds as much as eating in a Spanish tapas bar is a feast for the senses.
