INGREDIENTS
- 1 Fairway Market Prime Porterhouse Steak per person
- Fairway Sea Salt and Fairway Tellicherry Pepper to season
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees and arrange a rack on the bottom of the oven.
- Heat a cast iron until it’s white hot.
- Sear each side of the steak.
- Take the pan with the steak in it and put it on the bottom rack of the preheated oven.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium rare.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
