Olives, nurtured by the Mediterranean sun and cultivated on the rolling hillsides of Sicily are harvested in November and December to make a luscious extra-virgin olive oil. It is then infused with dried chili peppers and fresh garlic for three months to absorb the features and soak in fiery flavors. Made by and imported directly from Manfredi Barbera, Sicily's oil-making maestro.

Use it in any dish that needs a kick. Add it to eggs, cheese, shrimp, potatoes, or Szechuan dishes with duck and chicken. Try it with a cold noodle meal dressed in peanut sauce. Drizzle on pasta or pizza or any grilled meat or poultry. Or add this oil to tomato sauce to make a quick arrabbiata. Adds heat to bean and lentil dishes and meat stews, too.
