Rib Roast

Serves 14-16

INGREDIENTS

  • Whole rib roast
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Fresh Fairway Tellicherry Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the rib roast in a pan large enough to hold it.
  3. Place the pan on the middle rack in your oven.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes.
  5. Lower your oven to 350 degrees and cook for another 2 1/2-3 hours.
Chef’s Note: For a medium rare roast your thermometer should read 110 degrees when placed in the middle of the meat.
