INGREDIENTS
- Whole rib roast
- Kosher salt to taste
- Fresh Fairway Tellicherry Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the rib roast in a pan large enough to hold it.
- Place the pan on the middle rack in your oven.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
- Lower your oven to 350 degrees and cook for another 2 1/2-3 hours.
Chef’s Note: For a medium rare roast your thermometer should read 110 degrees when placed in the middle of the meat.
