INGREDIENTS
- 2 bunches thick asparagus
- 2 tablespoons Fairway Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fairway Sea Salt
- Fairway Tellicherry Pepper
- 16 slices Serrano ham, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
- Wash the asparagus, dry on a paper towel and place the stalks on a baking sheet
- Drizzle them with the olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to season.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the asparagus for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they become tender and slightly charred in places.
- Remove the asparagus from the oven and divide evenly among four plates.
- Top each plate of asparagus with 4 slices of Serrano ham, leaving the asparagus tips showing. Enjoy.
