Serves 4-6
INGREDIENTS
- 2 whole spaghetti squash
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 2-3 cracks of Fairway Tellicherry Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Place both spaghetti squashes in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
- Remove and cut in half lengthwise. Place on sheet pan flesh side down and cook for 1/2 hour more. The meat of the spaghetti squash will become tender.
- Scoop out the meat of the squash with a large spoon into a medium sized bowl.
- Add 6 tablespoons cold butter, a pinch of kosher salt and 2-3 cracks of fresh black pepper to the bowl. Mix to blend the butter.
- Spoon out onto a plate.
