Produced according to family tradition dating back to 1931, this oil is derived from three varieties of olives which are harvested in December, just before turning green. This golden green extra-virgin oil, bottled in sleek, clear glass, is lightly vegetal with a very fruity fragrance, featuring green tomato flavors, ripe fruit and green almond. At the finish, a long lightly bitter flavor lingers, leaving you reaching for more.
