From Southwestern Ethiopia, the high rolling hills and rich earth, threaded by streams heading into Abaya and Chamo lakes, comes our legendary Yirgacheffe. This is one of the oldest Arabica coffee regions, having been cultivated for over 1,000 years. We roast the beans medium-light to preserve the wine and citrus notes, yielding a medium-strength brew with a delicate acidity. You’ll inhale a rich, sweet aroma with a hint of sweet fruits, cedar, florals, and citrus notes, which are reminiscent of a complex wine. This is one of our most distinctive coffees.
