Simple Green Beans

Serves: 5-6 people

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fairway Sea Salt and Fairway Tellicherry Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Place the green beans in the pot for 7-8 minutes. Check them frequently as you do not want them to get mushy. They are best served slightly firm.
  3. When done, drain the beans in a colander.
  4. Place the beans in a serving bowl and add the butter, salt and pepper. Mix and serve immediately.
