Serves: 5-6 people
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fairway Sea Salt and Fairway Tellicherry Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Place the green beans in the pot for 7-8 minutes. Check them frequently as you do not want them to get mushy. They are best served slightly firm.
- When done, drain the beans in a colander.
- Place the beans in a serving bowl and add the butter, salt and pepper. Mix and serve immediately.
