White muscat sun-ripened grapes, cultivated in the warm climate and moist soil of southern Spain are carefully crushed to make this delectable, clear and aromatic vinegar. Resting for years in American oak barrels, this vinegar emerges with soft, sweet-piquant flavors that make it an excellent substitute for balsamic when you prefer your food to be uncolored by dark vinegars.
