Ed Burke
Ed Burke has been with Fairway for a long while and is an integral part of our daily operations. At the age of 9, Ed entered a small, family grocery business where he was outfitted with a custom crate on which to stand and slice his first cold cuts. Today, he has a lifetime of experience in management, loss prevention, labor relations, and operations to guide him and make him a leader at Fairway. His success as the General Manager of our 74th Street store in Manhattan has proved him an indispensable member of our Fairway family, and now Ed will be the General Manager of our second store in New Jersey, Woodland Park.
