Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños
- 8 oz. Fairway cream cheese
- 1 ½ cup Fairway pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 Garlic clove, chopped
- 10 jalapeños
- 5 Slices of bacon, halved
- 1Mix cream cheese, shredded pepper jack and garlic, set aside.
- 2Halve and de-seed jalapeños, then fill with cheese mixture. Wrap bacon around each jalapeño half.
- 3Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
- 4 Serve warm.
