- 2 lbs Baby spinach (washed)
- 3 tbsp golden raisins
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup Fairway extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ea. garlic clove smashed
- sea salt (to taste)
- 1Pre-heat a medium sauté pan to medium-high heat. Add olive oil to sauté pan.
- 2Add in spinach and stir until slightly wilted. Add in crushed garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- 3Toss in pine nuts and golden raisins and remove from heat. Season with salt to taste.
