
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Stack tortillas on 12-inch square sheet foil; wrap in foil. Stack 2 (12 x 24-inch) foil sheets horizontally on work surface; spray with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, whisk lime juice, seasoning and oil; add chicken, pepper, onion, beans and corn. Toss chicken mixture and place on right center of foil sheets; fold left side of foil over chicken mixture and tightly crimp edges to seal. Place foil packet on rimmed baking pan; bake 35 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°, adding wrapped tortillas to pan during last 5 minutes of baking. Makes about 4 cups chicken mixture.
3. Carefully open foil packet; fill tortillas with chicken mixture, lettuce, cheese and dressing.
