
1. COMBINE oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes and ginger in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
2. PLACE chicken strips in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade. Seal bag; turn bag to coat chicken. Chill at least 2 hours.
3. COAT grill grate with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken on grill, discarding marinade. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 165°F.
