Vegan Nachos
1. Melt coconut butter over medium heat.
2. Add flour and stir until smooth.
3. Add coconut milk and a dash of paprika and salt to taste.
4. Stir continuously on low heat until thickened.
5. Remove from heat and combine Violife Just Like Cheddar Shreds.
6. Stir until completely melted.
7. Place tortilla chips in a large bowl. Add cheese sauce, a generous sprinkling of fresh cilantro and chopped jalapeno peppers to taste.
