2 packages KING’S HAWAIIAN® Original Hawaiian Sweet Pretzel Pre‑Sliced Slider Buns
3 tbsp softened butter
2 Ribeye steak, 0.5-inch thick
Pinch of kosher salt (to taste)
Pinch of cracked black pepper (to taste)
1 (12 oz) jar of Au Jus gravy (for dunking)
1 tub crispy fried onions
7 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper, cook until desired temperature, then rest steaks for 5 minutes.
- To prepare horsey sauce: mix sour cream, horseradish, and Worcestershire.
- Brush King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns with melted butter and toast until light golden brown. Assemble sliders with horsey sauce, thinly sliced ribeye, and muenster cheese.
- Bake on broil for about 1 minute (until cheese is melted), then add crispy onions, and finish with toasted top buns.
