


Peppermint Snowball Cookies

Peppermint Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
1 C + ¼ C Bowl & Basket Peppermint Starlights, crushed, divided
1 tsp Bowl & Basket Vanilla Extract
1 ¼ C unsalted butter
1 C + ¼ C powdered sugar, divided
2 ¼ C all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add 1/4 C of the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract, then mix to combine.
- Add the flour and salt, and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in ¾ C of the Bowl & Basket Peppermint Starlights to evenly distribute throughout the dough.
- Divide the dough into 20 even balls.
- Roll each ball in the Peppermint sugar mixture, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Combine 1 C of the Bowl & Basket Peppermint Starlights and 1 C powdered sugar. Once the cookies have cooled, roll each in the mixture to coat thoroughly. Enjoy!
