Skillet Gnocchi

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter
1 package (16 ounces) prepared potato gnocchi
6 ounces turkey kielbasa, sliced
1 can (15.25 ounces) Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
2 cups chopped kale
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat butter over medium. Add gnocchi and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add kielbasa and stir to incorporate. Cook 5 minutes, until gnocchi and kielbasa are lightly browned. Add corn, kale, salt and pepper to skillet. Stir to combine. Cook 2 minutes longer.
- Turn oven to broil on high. Top skillet with shredded mozzarella and place in oven about 6-inches under broiler. Broil for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted.
