1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cups thawed frozen light whipped topping

2 Tbs chocolate spread
1 tsp assorted holiday sprinkles or colored sugars
Directions

1. Stir extract into whipped topping; spoon into pastry bag fitted with star tip.

 

2. Spread top sides of 18 wafers with chocolate spread; cover with remaining wafers, bottom sides down. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.

 

3. Pipe whipped topping mixture onto stacked wafers to resemble evergreen trees. Decorate with sprinkles.
