Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 cans (14.75 ounces each) Green Giant Cream Style Corn
1 can (15.25 ounces) Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
2 boxes (8.5 ounces each) cornbread mix
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and coat a 9x13 oven-safe dish with butter. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together eggs, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, and corn until combined. Fold in cornbread mix until batter forms.
  3. Pour into pan and bake 50-55 minutes, until center is set. Allow to cool on a rack for 15 minutes before serving.
