Ingredients
1 C + ¼ C Bowl & Basket Peppermint Starlights, crushed, divided
1 tsp Bowl & Basket Vanilla Extract
1 ¼ C unsalted butter
1 C + ¼ C powdered sugar, divided
2 ¼ C all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add 1/4 C of the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract, then mix to combine.
  3. Add the flour and salt, and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in ¾ C of the Bowl & Basket Peppermint Starlights to evenly distribute throughout the dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 20 even balls.
  6. Roll each ball in the Peppermint sugar mixture, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Combine 1 C of the Bowl & Basket Peppermint Starlights and 1 C powdered sugar. Once the cookies have cooled, roll each in the mixture to coat thoroughly. Enjoy!
