Preparation & Usage

Hot tea by the cup* Sleepy Time® Teas Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 6 minutes and remove bag. Sweeten if desired and enjoy. Vitamin C Shine™ Pour freshly boiled water over one tea bag. Steep 4 minutes, squeeze, and remove tea bag. Sweeten if desired. Ginger + probiotics** Pour freshly boiled water over one tea bag. Steep 4 minutes, squeeze and remove tea bag. Sweeten if desired. *Pour boiled water into heat-resistant cup. **3 tea bags per day provide 500 million CFU probiotics at time of manufacture.
