1 Thomas’ Light English Muffin OR Whole Wheat Bagel

1 Frigo® Cheese Heads® Light String

1 Cubed Avocado Sliced

Cherry Tomato ( desired amount )

Sliced Red Onion ( desired amount )

Salt, for taste

Pepper, for taste

Light amount of marinara

Directions

1. Turn on oven to broiler setting.

2. On a baking tray, place the split Thomas’ Light English Muffin with the cut sides facing up.

3. Top with light amount of marinara sauce. Place Frigo® Cheese Heads® Light String cheese on each half with sliced onion and sliced cherry tomato.

4. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.

5. Remove from oven and top with fresh avocado.

6. Salt and pepper to taste.
