Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chickpeas, rinsed, drained and skinned
1/4 cup soy or nut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs maple syrup
1 Tbs non-dairy milk
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Apple slices
Directions
1. In a food processor combine chickpeas, soy nut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup; process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally. Add milk to reach the desired consistency; pulse until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl, and stir in chocolate chips. Serve with apple slices.
