Ingredients
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 lb lean (at least 93%) ground turkey
1 package (1 oz) Old El Pasoâ„¢ taco seasoning mix
2/3 cup water
1 package (4.6 oz) Old El Pasoâ„¢ taco shells (8 shells)
2 medium avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced for topping
1 cup sliced pineapple (fresh or canned) for topping
Directions

1. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook turkey in oil until no longer pink; drain.

2. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened.

3. Spoon filling into taco shells. Add toppings.

Expert Tips: Ground chicken also works great in this recipe as a substitute for ground turkey. In you have trouble finding fresh pineapple, substitute canned pineapple chunks. Simply drain the juice and use the fruit to top each taco.
