Ingredients
1/3 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 lb 97% lean ground beef
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup diced mild green chilies
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup rinsed and drained canned low-sodium black beans
1 Tbs Old El Paso reduced-sodium taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
12 slider buns
1 1/2 avocados, sliced
3/4 cup pico de gallo
Directions

1. In food processor with knife blade attached, process oats to fi ne crumbs.

 

2. Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, gently mix beef, onion, chilies, corn, beans, taco seasoning and oat crumbs until just combined; do not overmix. Evenly press beef mixture into prepared pan.

 

3. Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature of beef mixture reaches 160°. Evenly sprinkle beef mixture with cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into 12 equal burgers; serve on buns topped with avocado and pico de gallo.
