8 oz Bowl & Basket cream cheese, softened to room temperature
8 oz Bowl & Basket sour cream
1 16 oz jar Bowl & Basket Kosher Dill Baby Whole Pickles
1 tsp Bowl & Basket garlic powder
1 tsp Bowl & Basket onion powder
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bowl & Basket Chips, for serving
Bowl & Basket Pretzels, for serving
Fresh celery sticks, for serving
Directions
- Finely chop half the pickles in the jar using either a knife or a food processor.
- In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese and sour cream and whisk/stir until smooth. Stir in chopped pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt and pepper and up to 3 tbsp of pickle juice from the pickle jar (add more or less to taste!) until the dip is well mixed.
- Serve with chips, fresh cut veggie sticks like celery or carrots, pita chips or whatever you prefer!
